The  Elks "BULLBOARD" newsletter will be taking on a new face and means of distribution.  The beginning of the new fiscal year for Lodge 147 will be our entrance into the internet for our newsletter and we hope other money-saving ventures.  We will no longer mail the BULLBOARD to each member.  Instead, it will be posted on the Website of the Defianceelks.com with the heading BULLBOARD.  The calendar of events will have its own heading listed as CALENDAR.  Additional hard copies will be available at the Lodge for pickup.  

We are going to be asking for your email address in the Lodge dues envelope.  Please do fill this request out and return it with your dues.  As we receive your email addresses they will be added to a monthly mass mailing of the BULLBOARD via a direct email to you every month.  

Our intention is also to eliminate the need to mail out dues notices.  This will not take place this year.  If you have concerns regarding this new procedure please do voice them at our monthly lodge meetings.
